Why teams build here

The choices should explain the value.

01

RICH HABITS / MADE FOR YOUR PEOPLE

Every piece starts with the details.

Pattern → print → construction → inspection

The quality is in the build.

Start with the actual cut. Then choose the decoration method, fabric behavior and placement that fit how your team will use it. The catalog keeps those decisions attached to the product instead of hiding them in a generic gallery.

One identity. Every layer.

25 total items · mix and match products

One 25-piece program, mixed your way.

Build a complete team order across apparel and accessories. The 25-item minimum applies to the total order, so the roster can combine the pieces it actually needs instead of forcing one product on everyone.

Quote → design approval → production

A clear path from idea to delivery.

Choose a starting point, submit the roster and artwork, review the mockup, then approve production. Production takes 21–30 days once your design is approved, sizes are in and your deposit is paid, then 3–5 business days to ship.

Pricing, sizing, approvals and timing: the questions every program asks before committing, answered in the order they arise. Each topic has its own link, so a single answer can be shared on its own.

Every piece starts from a published price. Printed areas and your first embroidered area are included, there are no setup fees, and every other charge is listed below with its amount.

25

pieces to start an order

Custom orders start at 25 pieces, and you can mix any items and designs to get there. Singlet and T-shirt orders of 5–24 pieces are welcome: singlets carry a 15% small-order charge and T-shirts carry 50%. Everything else starts at 25.

Getting every size right

Fit is settled before production, not after it. Each garment has its own chart, and youth and adult sizes can be combined on one order.

The sizes on your order form

Youth

  • YXS
  • YS
  • YM
  • YL

Adult

  • XS
  • S
  • M
  • L
  • XL
  • 2XL
  • 3XL
  • 4XL
  1. 1

Measure against the chart for each garment rather than another brand’s sizing.

  2. 2

Once your quote is accepted, enter each athlete’s size on your order page.

  3. 3

Sizes can be edited directly until they are confirmed or the deposit invoice is issued. After that, changes are sent as a size-change request for our team to review.

From request to delivery

Six steps, in the order they happen, and where each one appears in your account.

  1. Request

Where you’ll see it: Design request form

Share your team, the pieces you have in mind, colors, logos and the date you need the gear. A finished design is not required.

  2. Proof and quote

Where you’ll see it: Account · Designs and Quotes

You'll see your first mockups within a week. Design is free: your first concept and two rounds of changes are included. Our designers prepare a proof and you receive an itemized quote. An approval applies to the exact version approved; any later change comes back to you for review.

  3. Sizes

Where you’ll see it: Account · Orders

Accepting the quote creates your order. Each athlete’s size is entered there.

  4. Invoice and deposit

Where you’ll see it: Account · Invoices

Your invoice is issued through QuickBooks with a secure payment link. Pay 50% to start production; the rest is due 15 days after your gear arrives.

  5. Production

Where you’ll see it: Account · Orders

Your gear is produced from the approved proof and inspected before it ships.

  6. Delivery

Where you’ll see it: Account · Orders

The order ships to the address on your order. Tracking appears on your order page once it is dispatched. Orders of 25 or more ship free to one US address; smaller orders pay actual shipping.

Planning around a date

Production takes 21–30 days once your design is approved, sizes are in and your deposit is paid, then 3–5 business days to ship. What decides your date is how soon three things are in place, so plan from the date backward.

Three steps must be complete before production: proof approved, sizes complete and payment in. Production and shipping follow, ending at your date: 21–30 days of production, then 3–5 business days to ship.
  1. Proof approved

Production follows the exact version you approve.

  2. Sizes complete

Every athlete’s size, entered on your order.

  3. Payment in

Your deposit, a signed purchase order, or an approved exemption.

  4. Production and shipping

21–30 days of production, then 3–5 business days to ship.

  5. Your date

    Start here and work back

Need it sooner? Rush production takes 10–14 days and adds 25% to the items you rush, once our team confirms the date. If we miss a confirmed rush date on our side, your rush charge comes back. Include your date in your first message so the quote can plan for it. Share your date in a design request.

Who signs off, and how you pay

Accounts belong to programs: coaches, athletic directors, clubs, gyms and event organizers. One person approves, so gather your staff’s comments into a single reply first. One invoice carries the order, and production follows the deposit.

Either of these can accept a quote or approve a proof

The person it is addressed to

Quotes and proofs are sent to a named contact on your account.

Your organization’s admin

Such as the head coach or an administrator. Part of more than one program? Switch between them from your account.

How payment works

  1. 01

    Quote

Shows 50% due to start production and the balance due 15 days after delivery.

  2. 02

    Invoice

Issued through QuickBooks, with a secure payment link.

  3. 03

    Deposit

50% paid through that link, or a signed school PO.

  4. 04

    Balance

Due 15 days after your gear arrives (30 on a school purchase order).

Once your deposit is paid (or your PO is signed or quote accepted), your order is committed to production and can't be cancelled. Deposits are not refunded. Settle the proof, quantities and sizes first.

06 / 06

After the first order

A program’s second order should be easier than its first, and the people around the team should be able to order too.

Ordering again

Next season starts from finished artwork.

Approved designs stay in your account. Tell us which order you are repeating and what has changed, such as names, quantities or sizes.

Request a reorder

For parents, fans and alumni

A team store for everyone else.

A team store opens for a set ordering window. Supporters order and pay individually, and your program earns the markup on each paid piece. Team Stores have a one-time $200 setup fee, paid before your store opens. Fan Stores are free to set up: print-on-demand, always open, shipped to each buyer.

Something wrong on our side? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and the balance on those items waits until we've fixed it. Defects are replaced free for 40 days. Send the order number and a photo. Contact us.

Next step

Start with what you have.

A logo, your colors and the date you need the gear are enough for our designers to begin. Pricing, sizes and approvals follow the steps above.

What to send

  1. 1Your team or organization
  2. 2The pieces you have in mind
  3. 3Colors and logo files (PNG, JPG or PDF)
  4. 4The date you need the gear
  5. 5An approximate quantity

Missing something? Send what you have; our designers will ask for the rest.
