Rush Need it sooner? Rush production takes 10–14 days and adds 25% to the items you rush, once our team confirms the date. If we miss a confirmed rush date on our side, your rush charge comes back.
* Timelines start once your design is approved, final sizes are in and payment is in (your deposit, a signed PO or an approved exemption). Customer delays move the date. They're estimates; only a confirmed rush date is guaranteed.

Orders of 25 or more ship free to one US address; smaller orders pay actual shipping. Each extra address or split shipment, such as rushed items sent ahead, is charged at actual shipping cost.
Custom & bulk orders
- Checked first
- Orders are inspected and photographed before shipping, then packed to prevent damage.
- Signature
- Signature may be required for orders over $500If no one is available to sign, UPS leaves a notice and tries again, then holds the package for pickup. Ship to an address that is staffed during business hours, such as the school's front office.
Team store shipping
Team-store orders delivered to the team ship free; home delivery is calculated at checkout. Fan Store orders always ship to the buyer at checkout rates.
For team stores where individuals place their own orders, shipping is calculated per shipment based on destination and order size.
