Your Clinicians

Four NCAA All-Americans. 13 combined All-American honors. Three Pac-12 Champions. Alabama's only undefeated state champion. This is the most elite wrestling clinic to ever touch Birmingham.

Josh Shields
ASU 3x All-American

Josh Shields

Franklin Regional product turned Arizona State legend. Shields won a Pac-12 Championship at 157 pounds, earned three consecutive All-American honors (2018–2020) at 157 and 165 lbs, and went 41-0 his senior year of high school en route to a PIAA Class AAA state title at 160. Now club director for the Rising Sun Wrestling Club in Tempe, he brings elite-level technique and mentorship to every session.

Michael McGee
ASU 3x All-American

Michael McGee

McGee transferred to Arizona State after Old Dominion cut its wrestling program and immediately made an impact — earning All-American honors in each of his three seasons with the Sun Devils at 133 lbs. He placed 3rd at the 2023 NCAA Championships, was named 2023 Pac-12 Wrestler of the Year, and earned NWCA Scholar All-American recognition. His scramble-heavy, relentless offensive style makes him one of the most dynamic coaches on any camp mat.

Brandon Courtney
ASU 4x All-American

Brandon Courtney

One of the most decorated 125-pounders in recent NCAA history. Courtney earned four consecutive All-American finishes at Arizona State, including a runner-up finish in 2021 and 3rd place in 2023. He's a three-time Pac-12 Champion (2020–2022) and posted an absurd 47-0 record as a sophomore. With a high-school career record of 128-3 out of Arizona, Courtney brings technical precision and an aggressive attack style.

Cory Land
Alabama's Own

Cory Land

The pride of Moody, Alabama. Land went a perfect 203-0 across his high school career — the first and only wrestler from Alabama to achieve an undefeated record spanning five state championships (including 8th grade). He's the 2022 Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award national winner, a U17 Greco-Roman World silver medalist, and the first Alabamian to compete at the Cadet Greco World Championships. Now competing at Northern Iowa at 133 lbs, Land is living proof of what Alabama wrestling can produce.
