Sam fell in love with wrestling because of how hard it was—the grind, the discipline, the process. That same mentality drives Rich Habits. A state champion and national titleholder, Sam brings an elite competitor's mindset to every aspect of the business. He handles all design rendering and on-demand wholesale clothing design, builds and maintains the entire tech stack and website, manages all employees, and oversees the company's finances.

Carter is the operational and legal mastermind behind Rich Habits. As Chief Operating Officer, he manages shipping, logistics, and quality improvement across the entire supply chain. As Chief Legal Officer, he handles all legal and business information. As Chief Brand Officer, he oversees brand and retail design, designs the streetwear lines, and manages all retail clothing lines. His eye for design gave the company its name and iconic aesthetic, and his drive for business advancement keeps Rich Habits growing.
